Sales Tax Resource Group is currently seeking enthusiastic,
high-energy, and qualified individuals to join our team.
We are seeking talented team members with accounting and
finance backgrounds who seek responsibility, have excellent
written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
abilities, and can work in a variety of industries. Individuals
with sales tax audit or compliance experience are highly
encouraged to apply. Confidentiality regarding any
inquiries will be strictly maintained.
Because we are a consulting firm and not a traditional "accounting" firm,
the types of projects you will work on will vary considerably. Some
may involve analyzing accounting records for sales tax overpayments,
while others may require that you research state tax regulations
and write a research memo. If you have the ability
to "multitask" and enjoy the challenge that comes
from being outside your comfort zone, we may have the perfect
job for you.
Also, because we are a relatively small firm, you will get
the opportunity to interact with clients at a level only
dreamed about at larger firms. Consequently, we require
that our team members are highly professional and have excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
Job Qualifications...
Sales Tax Resource Group requires that
successful candidates have exceptional organization and communication
skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain
outstanding client relationships. They must also be able to work
on multiple engagements and complete projects in an interactive,
results-based team environment. This typically requires
that they have excellent analytical, organizational, and
project management skills, as well as a strong attention
to detail.
The right candidate may be able to substitute accounting
experience for a bachelor's degree.
